J.S. Heat Treatment

J.S. Heat Treatment is based out of number 748 in Industrial Area-B, right off Gill Road. Being in an industrial area means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always the sound of machinery and work going on around us. We specialize in heat treatment, and our facility is set up to handle the specific needs of that process. It's not a clean or quiet job, but it is necessary work. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the people around Gill Road know us well. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning; we spend most of our time on the floor making sure the furnaces are running right and the parts are being treated correctly. It’s a lot of monitoring and physical work. We keep our doors open for anyone who needs to drop off items for treatment. The industrial area can be a bit confusing with all the different units, but 748 is pretty easy to find once you are on the main road. We don't go in for big speeches about what we do. We just take the parts, do the heat treatment as required, and hand them back when they are ready. It's practical work for practical people. Most of our day is spent focusing on the temperatures and the timing, making sure everything is done the right way. That is basically how we operate every day.
