Jindal Nitesh Architect

I’m an architect working out of 10-F in Sarabha Nagar. The office is basically where I spend most of my waking hours. It’s a nice enough area, and being at 10-F gives me a bit of space to think and draw. Architecture is one of those jobs where you think you’ll be designing grand things all day, but really it’s a lot of checking local building codes and making sure the stairs aren't too steep. I have my desk set up with my computer and a bunch of pens that I’m always losing. Sarabha Nagar is a good place to be based; it’s central and people know how to find it. I don’t go in for big marketing or anything like that. Most people who come here are looking for someone to help them figure out how to build a house or fix up an old shop. I sit down with them, we look at the site, and I start sketching. There’s a lot of trial and error involved. Sometimes a plan looks great on paper but just won’t work once you’re actually standing on the ground. My job is to catch those things before the bricks start going up. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I enjoy the challenge of it. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a functional space where the planning happens. It’s a quiet life of drawing, calculating, and making sure the walls stay upright.
