Monika Industries

Monika Industries is tucked away in Guru Gobind Singh Colony in Ludhiana. We are situated near the Eastman Chowk on Jaspal Banger Road. It is a very busy neighborhood with a lot of small shops and houses all mixed together. The street is always full of scooters and people walking around. Our workshop isn't very large. We have to use every single inch of space we have available. Sometimes the narrow road makes it very hard for the delivery vans to turn around. We often end up going outside to help them back out safely. We make things here using basic tools and some older machines. They are reliable, even if they aren't the newest or fastest models on the market. We drink a lot of chai during the day. It helps us keep going when there's a big order we need to finish by the evening. We don't have a professional sign out front. Most people in the colony just know us by name. It’s a noisy place with the constant sound of metal on metal. We actually like the energy of the colony. Everyone knows everyone else's business around here. We just try to keep our heads down and do a good job for the people who hire us. We've been in this spot for a long time and don't really plan on moving. It’s home for us and the business. Most of the neighbors are our friends.
