You can find Jalota & Co. at 72, Club Road. We’re right in the Civil Lines area, which is a fairly central spot in Ludhiana. Our office has been here for a good while. It’s a simple space, nothing flashy about it. We have a couple of rooms where we keep all the records and meet with people. The street outside can get quite crowded, especially during the middle of the day, but inside it stays relatively quiet so we can focus. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and going over numbers and laws. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most people just know us because we’ve been in this neighborhood for so long. We take our work seriously, even if the office feels a bit lived-in and cluttered with books. There’s always a kettle going for tea because that’s how we get through the long afternoons of checking entries. It’s a basic business. We help people with their financial filings and try to make sense of the new rules that keep coming out. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the paperwork feels endless, but we just take it one folder at a time. We’re just a local firm trying to do right by the people who walk through our door on Club Road. We don't put on an act; we just do the accounting and move on to the next file.
