If you look opposite Jagraon Bridge near Railway Road, you will find Ladi Sales Agency at 1508/2. It is a busy spot with a lot of traffic passing by all day. The noise from the trains and the cars is something we have just learned to ignore. Our shop is not very large, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. We open up early in the morning because that is when the first customers start showing up. Most of the day is spent handling paperwork and talking to people who drop in for various things. It can get quite dusty because of the road being so close, so we are always cleaning the counters. We know most of the regulars who come by, and we usually have time for a quick chat. The tea stall around the corner is where we get our morning fix. Some days are very slow, and we just sit and watch the traffic move across the bridge. Other days, we are so busy we barely have time to eat lunch. We have been in this location for a long time and seen many shops come and go. We just stay focused on our own daily tasks. It is a simple way of living, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is.
