We’re located at H.2240 in Urban Estate, Phase I, right on Sugri Road. It’s a straightforward location and easy enough to find if you’re familiar with the area. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular door that leads into a room full of drawing boards and computers. Jagdev is usually the one you’ll see first, probably squinting at a blueprint or marking something up with a red pen. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front because we don’t really need them. Most people around here know where we are. The inside of the office is a bit of a jumble with rolls of tracing paper and samples of brick or wood lying around. It’s a practical space where we spend a lot of time calculating angles and checking local building codes. We don't really go in for the corporate stuff, so there are no formal meetings or polished presentations here. We just sit down with whoever comes in and talk about what they want to build. The Sugri Road traffic can be a bit persistent during the day, but it’s just part of the background noise for us now. We’ve been here long enough that the office feels like a second home, complete with a leaky tap and a bookshelf that’s slightly crooked. It’s just a normal place where we do our architectural work without any extra drama or fancy suits.
