J. P. V. Impex Private Limited

Our place is J. P. V. Impex Private Limited and you can find us at House No. 2677/1. We are located in Street No. 1 within Mangat Colony. This is over in the Basti Jodhewal area of Ludhiana. The street is a bit narrow, so trying to park a vehicle can be a real pain if you arrive at the wrong time of day. We are just a small operation doing impex work from this neighborhood. The house we work out of looks like any other house on the block. We have set up some desks in the front rooms to handle the paperwork. You can often hear the neighbors talking or kids playing outside in the street during the afternoons. It does not feel like a typical office at all. It feels more like we are just working from a home, which is essentially what it is. Ludhiana is always crowded and noisy, but Mangat Colony is tucked away just enough to be a little calmer. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking where shipments are and talking to folks on the phone. Sometimes we have to head down to the main markets to check on things. The work is steady but it is not exactly exciting. We are not trying to change the world here. We are just trying to make a decent living and keep the business going.
