We've been over here at 1 C South Model Gram for quite a while now. Most people know the spot because we’re right near the District Employment Exchange. It’s a busy area in Ludhiana. Our office isn't fancy, just a regular place where we get our daily work done. Usually, the morning starts with opening up the shutters and setting things up for whoever stops by. Being in Model Gram means we see a lot of the same faces walking past every day. It feels like a proper neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We just focus on what’s in front of us. There isn't much to say other than we're here every weekday. If you're looking for Ishwar Chander & Co, just look for that turn near the exchange office and you'll find us. The building is simple, nothing too modern, but it works for what we need. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just stay busy with the files and the tasks at hand. It's a small team, mostly just us doing our bit. Ludhiana is a big city but this corner feels like home to the business. We like the routine of it. There's no big corporate story here, just a local office in the 141002 pin code area. We keep things straightforward. We've been around here long enough to see the streets change, but we stay the same in our little corner of the world.
