Our workshop is tucked away at 595/8 on Campa Cola Factory Road. If you know the Dhandari Kalan area, you know it’s mostly industrial. Being near G.T. Road is handy for transport, but the traffic is something else entirely. Ishmeet Forgings Pvt.Ltd. isn’t some polished corporate entity. We are just a local forging business doing the work day in and day out. The air here usually smells like metal and heavy oil. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the machines. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting in chairs. It gets sweaty, especially in the summer months, but we’re used to it. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we usually take our breaks. The neighbors are all doing similar stuff, so we help each other out when someone needs a tool or a hand. We don't bother with fancy signs or expensive furniture. The focus is purely on the forgings we produce. Sometimes the trucks struggle to get into the lane because it’s a bit narrow. But we’ve lived with these small problems for a long time. It’s a straightforward operation. We just show up, do the forging work, and head home. That’s the way it’s always been for us. No one here wears a suit, that's for sure. We just get the jobs finished and move to the next one on the list.
