We have a lot of staff coming in for different shifts. It’s a 24-hour kind of feel sometimes. We just focus on the batches and the orders. No. 85 is a big plot. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times after the rainy season. That’s just part of owning a building in an industrial zone. Iol Chemical & Pharmaceutical Limited has been a fixture here for a while. People in the area know us. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We are just a chemical and pharmaceutical place in the middle of Ludhiana. The roads get bumpy around here, but the trucks still manage to get through every day. Our team is used to the pace.
