Iol Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals is our setup located at No. 85 in Industrial Area-A, Ludhiana. Being in this part of the city means we’re surrounded by other factories and a lot of heavy traffic. We focus on chemicals and some pharmaceutical ingredients. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try not to make it sound more complicated than it is. We have a few labs in the building and a big storage area for the barrels and crates. It’s an old industrial building, so it has its quirks, like the leaky roof in the corner that we keep meaning to fix. We have a solid group of employees, many of whom have been with us since we started years ago. We don’t have any fancy corporate offices or a board of directors. It’s just us making sure the products are handled safely and sent out to the people who need them. The air always has a bit of a chemical tang to it, which you get used to after a while. We don't do much in the way of sales or promotion. Most companies in the trade already know where to find us. It’s about being reliable and showing up every day to do the job. We keep things simple and avoid all the corporate talk that you usually see in this industry. It's just a regular workplace for us.
