Malbros Plastics India Pvt. Ltd. is located on the Jaspal Banger Road, within the Kanganwalpo industrial area. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s all about warehouses and factories around here. We work with plastics, which means there is always a lot of movement in the shop. The machines run for long hours, and the road outside is usually full of trucks bringing in materials or taking things away. It’s a gritty kind of place, but it works for us. We aren't interested in being fancy. Our focus is just on the production floor and making sure the output is what it needs to be. Jaspal Banger Road can get quite busy, especially during the shift changes. We have a crew that’s been with us for a while, and everyone knows their job. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lobby with coffee. It’s more about the smell of machinery and the sound of work getting done. We’ve set ourselves up here because the logistics work well for an industrial business. We deal with the daily challenges of manufacturing, like keeping the equipment running and managing the stacks of plastic. It’s straightforward work. We show up, we run the lines, and we head home at the end of the day. Being in Kanganwalpo has been okay for us so far, as it puts us right where the action is.
