Virdi Constructions operates out of Sco-6/333 in Industrial Area-A, Ludhiana. This part of the city is always noisy and a bit dusty, which is just the reality of being in an industrial zone. Our office is a simple space where we manage our building projects. We don't have plush carpets or expensive art. Instead, you'll see samples of construction materials like marble slabs or different types of wood trim leaning against the walls. The desks are sturdy and usually covered in dust from the site visits we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers and suppliers. It’s a small, tight-knit group here. We don't use much formal language; we just say things as they are. If a project is behind, we talk about why and how to fix it. There’s a big table in the center where we meet to look over site plans, and it’s usually got a few empty tea glasses on it. The lighting is bright so we can see the fine details on the blueprints. We have a rack by the door for our hard hats and safety vests. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We aren't here to impress people with a flashy office; we're here to make sure the buildings get built properly. By the time we leave in the evening, we're usually pretty tired, but the work is satisfying in its own way. It's just a regular Ludhiana business where things get built.
