We are located in the middle of the textile district in Ludhiana, specifically in the Nirankari Colony area. Hitesh Yarn Agency Private Limited has been running out of this spot in Sunder Nagar for a long time. Our address at BXXIV-3103/4 is usually surrounded by big bags of yarn and people coming in and out to check on prices. The office is pretty cramped because we use almost every inch of space to store things. It’s always a bit of a scramble with the phones ringing and trucks trying to get through the narrow streets of Kuldeep Nagar. We deal with various mills and local weavers all day. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and keeping track of who needs what delivery. We aren't the kind of company that has a polished showroom. You come here, you see the yarn for yourself, and we talk things over with a cup of tea. The floors are worn down and the paint on the walls is a bit old, but that doesn't stop us from getting the work done. We know yarn better than just about anything else. It’s what we’ve done for a long time now. My desk is always covered in samples and little notes. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us and the yarn. We just keep our records and try to keep things going without making things too complicated for anyone who walks in.
