Highway Travel Service is based in the Civil Lines area of Ludhiana. We’ve been registered and working out of this neighborhood for a long time now. Civil Lines is a bit quieter than some other parts of the city, which we like. Our office isn't tucked away in a mall; it’s more of a standalone spot where we can focus on our work. We mostly deal with transportation and travel arrangements for people going in and out of Ludhiana. It’s a straightforward business. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets, and the phone is usually ringing. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a local operation that’s been around the block a few times. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name around for years. We just try to get the job done right. If someone needs a car or a bus for a trip, we handle the details. Some days are busier than others, especially during wedding season or holidays. But mostly, it’s just a steady pace. We like being in Civil Lines because it’s central but doesn't feel as chaotic as the main markets. It’s just a practical place for us to run our travel service and talk to our clients about their upcoming journeys. It works for us.
