If you’re looking for us, we’re located at 212 Basant Avenue, not far from the M Urban Estate Phase-Ii area. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which helps when you need to actually think about a design. The office is basically just a room filled with sketches and a few computers that have seen better days. Harpreet is usually around, probably buried under a stack of site plans or talking on the phone with a contractor. We don't have a big reception desk or anyone in a suit greeting you at the door. You just walk in and see us working. The neighborhood has changed a bit since we first set up here, but the vibe remains pretty local. We spend a lot of time measuring things out and checking if they’ll actually work in the real world. It’s not glamorous stuff, just a lot of math and drawing lines that have to be exactly right. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams right when we need it, but that’s just how it goes in a small office. We like being near the Urban Estate because it’s easy to get to most places from here. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go just to clear our heads when a project gets complicated. It is a straightforward setup for someone who just wants to get their building plans sorted without any extra fuss or fancy talk. We keep the tea kettle running all day long.
