Our office is on the first floor over in Model Town, specifically at 218 R. It is a good spot because we are right near Kosmos Hospital, so everyone knows the landmark. We have been in Ludhiana for quite some time now. The street downstairs is usually full of cars, but once you get up to the first floor, it is a bit quieter. Handling the technical side of things takes up most of our time. Associates and staff are usually busy with files and drawings. It is a professional environment but we do not act like we are in a movie. It is just work. We sit down with people to talk about their projects, look at the numbers, and try to get the designs to match what they need. Sometimes the days get long, especially when deadlines are close. Model Town is a busy part of the city, so there is always something happening right outside our window. We get a mix of people coming in, some who have lived in Ludhiana forever and others who are new. We try to keep things organized but with all the papers we deal with, the desks can get a bit messy by Friday. We do not have a big marketing team or anything. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people seeing our sign when they go to the hospital. We just focus on being reliable and getting the work finished.
