Gurmukh Travels

Our place is in the Nankana Sahib Complex in Model Town. It’s pretty easy to find because we’re right near the main bus stand and just across from the White House petrol pump. If you’re familiar with Ludhiana, you know this area stays very busy. Gurmukh Travels has been operating out of this complex for quite some time now. We handle a lot of different travel needs, mostly for people who are using the bus stand nearby. The office is small and functional. We don’t have any fancy decorations or anything like that. We just have what we need to get tickets booked and answer questions about travel times. Sometimes people come in because they missed a bus or need to change their plans last minute. We do our best to help them out without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the different routes, but we’ve got a good system going. The noise from the petrol pump and the buses is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We’re just local people helping other local people get where they’re going. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it seem like anything else.
