C166A in Phase-V of Focal Point is where we’ve set up shop. Gupta Bikes Pvt.Ltd. has been around for a while, and if you walk into our place, you’ll see bike frames and wheels stacked up almost to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We aren't a big showroom with lights and shiny floors. It’s a factory setting, so there’s plenty of noise from the welding and the assembly lines. We’ve got a crew that knows bikes inside and out. Most of the guys have been working here since they were young. We don't spend much on advertising because the word of mouth around the Focal Point area usually keeps us busy enough. The office is just a tiny space partitioned off from the main floor, and you can usually hear the sound of the machines even when the door is shut. We deal with a lot of vendors and transporters every day, so there’s always someone coming or going. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to scramble to get more, which can be a bit chaotic. But we’ve learned how to handle the ups and downs of the business over the years. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything we send out is decent.
