Green Ply Industries

Up here in Patiala, Punjab, you can find Green Ply Industries at K-178 Majithia Enclave. We are located right on Lane No 8. It is a decent neighborhood and our office is tucked away there where it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to handle the paperwork and talk to suppliers about the plywood business. We have samples of different materials lying around and some old chairs for visitors. Patiala can get very hot in the summer and quite cold in the winter, so we are always adjusting the windows or the heater to stay comfortable. We have been in Majithia Enclave for some time and the local folks are used to seeing us coming and going. We don’t have a big corporate structure; it’s mostly just a few of us making sure the orders are correct and the deliveries are on time. There’s a lot of checking and re-checking involved in the industry. Sometimes the lane gets blocked by a delivery truck, but everyone is patient about it. We aren't interested in being the most famous company in Punjab, we just want to do our job well and keep the business running. It’s a simple life at the office, with plenty of tea and conversation to keep the day moving along as we work.
