Glyder Auto Inds is tucked away at Plot No 872 on Street Number 5 1/2. We’re in the Nirankari Mohalla part of Miller Ganj. If you’ve ever been to Miller Ganj, you know how crowded it is. The streets are narrow and there’s always someone moving metal or loading a truck. Our shop is right in the middle of all that action. We make auto parts, and it’s a greasy, loud job most days. The walls of the shop have seen better days, but they hold up the roof and keep the rain off the machines. We’ve got a small crew of guys who really know their way around a lathe. There isn’t a fancy lobby or a receptionist here. You just walk in and someone will help you. Miller Ganj is a tough place but it’s where all the real work happens in this city. We spend our days cutting steel and checking dimensions. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a big delivery truck, and everyone has to wait. It’s just part of being in Nirankari Mohalla. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. We just look at the drawings, set the machines, and get to work. It’s been this way for a long time. We know the other shop owners on Street 5 1/2 and we all pretty much look out for each other. It’s a gritty place, but it’s ours.
