Gkm Auto Industries

Our place, Gkm Auto Industries, is over on Gill Radha Swami Road, at number 2905. It’s a busy street where people are always on the move. We manufacture parts for vehicles, so there’s a lot of metalwork and machining happening throughout the day. The shop floor is always buzzing with the sound of tools, and you can usually smell the coolant used for the drills. We started small and have just kept going in the same spot, adding a machine here and there when we could afford it. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the raw materials and finished parts waiting to be shipped out. We don't have a polished front office with air conditioning. Instead, we have a desk tucked into a corner where we handle the paperwork while the machines are running nearby. The neighborhood is full of small workshops like ours, so we all know each other and often share a cup of tea in the afternoon. It gets pretty dusty, and our shoes are always covered in metal shavings by the end of the day. We don't worry too much about being fancy; we just want to make sure the parts we produce are solid. It’s a lot of long hours and repetitive work, but it’s what pays the bills. We are just local people making things that keep other machines running.
