We have been working out of Focal Point for quite a long time now. Specifically, you can find us at K-100-101 in Phase-VII. The workshop stays pretty busy most days of the week. We handle various industrial parts and supply items to other factories around the Ludhiana area. It is often dusty and noisy around here, but that is just the way things are in this part of town. Sometimes the delivery trucks get backed up on the narrow road outside, but we manage to get things moved eventually. We started out small with just a few machines and a couple of guys. Now there are more of us on the floor. We spend a lot of our time checking orders and making sure the metal pieces are cut right. It is not fancy work by any means. If you come by the main gate, you will probably see the guys loading up a tempo with heavy crates. We do not really have a big front office or a receptionist sitting at a desk. Usually, someone just comes out from the back with grease on their hands to talk to visitors. We try to keep the production moving as steady as possible. We have known most of our neighbors in Phase-VII for years. It is a tough business because the power goes out sometimes or material prices change overnight. We just keep the machines running and do what is needed.
