Gagan Gift Shoppee is tucked away here at 41369 in Shimlapuri. It is a small shop, mostly filled with things like photo frames, some mugs, and plastic toys for kids. I started this place because I wanted something to do in the neighborhood. It’s not a big showroom or anything like that. The walls are covered in shelves and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once. Most of our customers are just people living nearby who need a quick gift for a wedding or a kid’s party. We have those shiny wrapping papers and some ribbons tucked under the counter. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, but we just keep the door open for light. It’s a quiet life running a gift shop. I spend a lot of time dusting the glass cases because the dust from the road outside comes in easily. We don't have a website or anything. If you want to see what we have, you just walk in. I might be sitting on the stool near the back when you arrive. It is a simple setup. We have some clocks on the wall that don't always show the same time. People seem to find what they are looking for eventually. Just a normal shop in a normal part of town. I usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while I wait for the next person to wander in from the street.
