Our address is C-167 in Phase 5 of the Focal Point area in Ludhiana. It’s a big industrial hub, so there are factories and workshops everywhere you look. Frontier Indl Corpn is just one of many businesses here, but we’ve been at this specific spot for a long time. The place is mostly a large workshop with a small corner partitioned off with some plywood for the paperwork and the phone. It’s usually pretty loud because of the heavy machinery we use throughout the day. We don’t have any fancy signs or a polished reception area for guests. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor with the machines rather than sitting behind a desk. We deal with industrial products, mostly things made of metal that require a lot of cutting and shaping. It’s tough work and the hours can be long, especially when we have a lot of orders to finish before the weekend. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with mission statements and all those slogans. We just try to make good products that people can actually use in their own businesses. Some of the guys have been with us for twenty years, and we all just know what needs to be done. The road in Phase 5 can get pretty messy when it rains, and traffic is a bit of a nightmare during the shift changes.
