You’ll find us on the Sahnewal-Dehlon Road, in the village of Dharaor. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city of Ludhiana, but it’s where we have the space for our fastener production. We make things like bolts, nuts, and screws for all kinds of uses. The machines are old but they still work perfectly fine if you treat them right and keep them greased. It gets very loud when the headers are running, and the whole floor vibrates under your feet. We go through a lot of oil and steel wire every single month. The village atmosphere is a bit different from the big industrial parks. Sometimes you see cows walking past the front gate while we are loading a truck. We have a loyal group of workers from the local area who have been with us since the very start. We don't have a human resources department or a PR person. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out on the shop floor while we work. Our office is just a small room with a few filing cabinets and a very old ceiling fan. It's not a place for meetings; it's a place for making things. We focus on getting the dimensions right so the customers don't have any issues during their own assembly. It’s basic manufacturing work, nothing too glamorous, but it keeps us busy and it pays the bills.
