We are located at C-86 in Phase-V of the Focal Point. This is an industrial part of town, so it’s mostly warehouses and factories around us. At Marshall Machines Pvt. Ltd., the environment is pretty loud and oily. We spend our days around heavy machinery and metal parts. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes. There is always the sound of metal clicking or a machine humming in the background. We have a small office area, but most of the action happens on the floor. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, making sure the machines are calibrated and running like they should. It takes a lot of patience to get things right. Sometimes a part doesn't fit or a machine breaks down, and we have to spend hours figuring out why. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The guys on the floor have been with us for years and they know the equipment better than anyone. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk; we just get the orders out. The trucks come in and out all day long, picking up finished units. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and getting grease on your hands. We just focus on getting the work done every day and making sure the shop stays in one piece. It’s just how we do things here.
