Gambhir Enterprises (India)

Our workshop is at E-189 in the Industrial Sheds area of Phase-IV, Focal Point. It’s a busy spot with lots of other businesses around us. You can hear the sounds of welding and cutting from next door most of the time. Gambhir Enterprises (India) has been operating out of this shed for a while now. The roof leaks a little when it rains hard so we have to move the supplies around. It’s just part of being in an older industrial zone. We have a small office tucked in the corner where the accounts get handled. It’s mostly just dusty ledgers and a computer that’s seen better days. The floor is concrete and stays cold in the winter. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. We don't really have a big staff meeting or anything formal. We just talk about what needs doing over morning tea. Moving stuff in and out of the sheds can be tricky because the alleys are narrow. Drivers have to be careful not to clip the walls. It’s a lot of manual work and we don't use much automation. We like doing things the way we've always done them. It’s reliable. We don't put out brochures or have a fancy website. If someone needs us, they usually have our number already.
