We've been in Ludhiana for a bit now. Our office is in the Surya Arcade Building, right there in Sco 16. It gets busy around Ghumar Mandi, especially being so close to Bhaiwala Chownk. We mostly spend our days handling paperwork and helping people with their plans to go abroad. It’s a lot of files and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the traffic outside makes it hard for folks to find a parking spot, but we’re here from morning till evening. It’s just a few of us working together. Most people know us because they walk past while shopping in the market. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular workplace with desks and chairs and a lot of tea being drunk. We started European Overseas Services because there seemed to be a need in this part of town. If you know the area near the chowk, you’ve probably seen our sign. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for big talk. Just getting the work done is what matters at the end of the day. Ludhiana is a fast place, and we just fit into the daily routine here like everyone else. The Surya Arcade building is one of those older structures that has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We often see the same faces every morning when we arrive to open up the shutters. There is a small tea stall just a few steps away where we get our morning chai.
