Working at the Eureka Forbes spot on Mall Road keeps us on our feet. We are located at number 82, pretty close to Fountain Chowk. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and people walking by. We handle a lot of the everyday stuff here. People come in with questions about their water filters or vacuum cleaners quite often. Some days the phones don't stop ringing. We just try to get through the stack of paperwork and help whoever walks through the door. It’s not a huge place, just a standard office setup where we coordinate things. The area near the chowk is always packed, which is good for business but a headache for parking. We've been in this building for some time now. You get used to the rhythm of the street. It’s honest work, mostly just managing service requests and making sure the technicians have what they need before they head out. We don’t have a fancy showroom here, it’s more of a functional space for the team. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up, but we manage. If you’re coming from the main intersection, we are just a short walk down. We keep the place tidy enough for visitors. It’s just us doing the daily grind, making sure the local accounts are looked after without making a big fuss about it. We’re just regular people working a job on Mall Road and doing our bit.
