Emcon Customer Care

Our place is Emcon Customer Care and we are situated in Ludhiana. We are right on the road that goes to the Central Gurudwara Dukh Niwaran. It is a very busy road so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. Being near the Gurudwara means there is a certain energy to the area that we really like. Our office is practical and simple. We have phones and computers and some chairs for when people come in to talk to us. It isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a place where we do our work every day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud because of the buses and trucks outside but we don't mind it. We just speak a little louder. We have been here for a while and most of the locals know our spot. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people trying to help out whoever comes through the door. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep us going. The office is a bit small but it fits all of us. We keep the files stacked up on the shelves and try to stay organized. It is just a normal daily routine for us here in Ludhiana. We open the doors in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. That is just how we do things.
