We are located at Plot 186/1 in Prakash Nagar, right on Canal Road. If you are coming from Jawaddi Pull, it’s just a short distance away. It’s a noisy area sometimes because of the traffic on the main road, but we’ve gotten used to it. We deal with power solutions, so our shop is usually full of batteries, wires, and back-up systems. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for people who walk in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven’t really found the time to do it yet. Usually, it’s just two or three of us here handling the phones and checking the equipment. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our customers are locals from the neighborhood who need something fixed or a new battery for their home. We spend a lot of time testing things out back to make sure they actually work before they leave the shop. Lunch is usually whatever we can get from the nearby stalls, and we eat while we work if it’s a busy afternoon. The canal road is actually quite nice in the evenings when it cools down. We just keep the door open to let some air in and wait for the last few customers of the day. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us and the people who live around this part of Ludhiana.
