Eastman International is located in the Focal Point New Market, specifically the cloth section in Raipur. Our address is a bit of a mouthful, B-XXX-2185/C-203/1, and it can be hard to find if you don't know the layout of the blocks. We handle a lot of fabric and cloth bundles, so the whole place is often filled with stacks of material reaching almost to the ceiling. It’s heavy work moving these rolls around, and we are usually covered in bits of thread by the end of the shift. The market is a very busy place, especially on the days when new shipments arrive from the mills. We have a small office area where we keep the ledger and handle the orders, but most of the action happens out on the floor. The air smells like fresh cotton and dye, which is something you get used to after a few days. We don't have a fancy showroom; it’s more of a functional warehouse space where we get the orders ready for the wholesalers. The Raipur area of Focal Point is always full of activity, with carts and tempos moving through the narrow lanes. We just focus on getting the right cloth to the right people and making sure the paperwork matches the stock we have on the shelves.
