We are located in the I Block of Bhai Randir Singh Nagar here in Ludhiana. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been at this spot, 763, for a good amount of time. Being in the courier business means we see a lot of different things every day. We handle envelopes, small boxes, and sometimes bigger shipments that people are sending overseas or just across Punjab. The office is usually humming with the sound of the printer and people talking on their phones. We have a small crew and we all pitch in with the sorting and the scanning. In the winter, it gets quite cold here, so we usually have some hot tea ready. In the summer, the fans are always on full blast. We don't use any fancy business talk. We just tell people how much it costs and when it should get there. Most of our work is just making sure the addresses are readable and the boxes are taped up tight. We know the streets of Ludhiana well, so we can help the drivers find their way. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have any big mission statements. We just show up, handle the packages, and try to make sure everything gets where it’s going. It’s just regular work for regular people. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just enough for people to find us. We keep the counter clear as much as possible.
