You can find us over at D.M.K. Castings Pvt. Ltd. at 412 in Industrial Area-A. It’s a busy spot with a lot of noise from the other factories around us. We have been working with castings for a long time, and the place definitely looks like it. There is always a layer of dust on everything, and the air smells like hot metal most of the time. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to greet you with a coffee. Usually, you’ll just find someone in greasy overalls walking across the floor. We spend our days around the molds and the furnaces, making sure things are cooling down properly and that the shapes are right. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the shift, everyone is pretty tired. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules; we just know how to do our jobs and we get on with it. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole afternoon fixing it ourselves. That’s just part of the routine here in the industrial area. We like it here because all our suppliers and friends are just a few blocks away. If we need a spare bolt or a bit of advice, we just walk down the street. It’s a tight community of people who actually make things with their hands. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to. We just get it done.
