Deluxe Watch & Radio

Deluxe Watch & Radio is based right here in Mullanpur. It’s a quiet enough town, and everyone pretty much knows where everything is. My shop has been in the same spot for years. I handle a bit of everything when it comes to timepieces and those old-style radios that some people still keep in their kitchens. Mullanpur isn't a big place, so I see the same faces quite often. Someone might bring in a watch they found in a drawer that hasn't run in a decade. I like the challenge of making those gears move again. The shop is filled with the smell of old paper and metal. I have a small television in the corner, but I rarely turn it on because I prefer the quiet or the sound of the radio. My tools are old, some of them I got from my father. They still work better than the new ones you buy today. I don't have any fancy marketing or big posters. Just a simple door and a window where I display some of the better-looking clocks. Sometimes I sit outside on a stool when the weather is nice and just watch the traffic go by. It’s a simple business. I fix what’s broken and I charge a fair price for the time I spend on it.
