Dell Exclusive Store

You can find us at Kochar Market Road, right in S.C.O.-2&3. It's a decent-sized space but we manage to fill it up pretty quickly with all the boxes and equipment. Being a Dell Exclusive Store means we mostly deal with one thing, but that keeps our focus clear. The staff here isn't into high-pressure sales or anything like that. We mostly just wait for people to come in with an idea of what they need and then we see if we have it in stock. The street outside can get pretty noisy during the day, so it’s always a bit of a relief to step inside the shop. We've got a few desks set up and some floor models for people to poke at. It’s not the most glamorous setup, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time unboxing new arrivals and keeping track of inventory lists. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit behind, but the actual tech work always gets priority. If someone asks a question we don't know the answer to, we just look it up together. No one here pretends to be a genius. We’re just local people who know these specific machines well. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and most of the regulars know us by name. It’s a straightforward way to make a living for all of us involved.
