Our shop, Dashmesh Forge, is located at F-177 in Phase-Viii of the Focal Point area. If you know the industrial layout here, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of heavy trucks moving through. We deal with forging, which is heavy and loud work. The machines at F-177 have been running for years, and they have the scratches and dents to prove it. We don't have any fancy offices or air conditioning. It’s just the workshop floor and the sound of metal being shaped. Some mornings it’s hard to get the engines started when it’s cold, but once they’re going, they don’t stop until the evening. We have a small crew of guys who really know their way around a hammer and anvil. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the orders finished. The Focal Point can be a bit overwhelming with all the smoke and noise from the other factories, but we’re used to it. We don't really do much advertising. People in Phase-Viii know us because we’ve been here so long. We usually eat our lunch together in the back where it’s a bit quieter. It’s a gritty job, and we go home every day with soot on our faces, but it’s what we do. There isn't much more to it than that—just hard work and heavy metal every single day. We don't bother with corporate talk, we just get the forging done.
