D. M. Industries

D. M. Industries is over here in New Kartar Nagar, right along the Dhuri Line. It’s one of those spots where you just get used to the sounds of the neighborhood after a while. We’ve been set up in this part of town for a good bit now. Most days start pretty early because there is always something that needs to be moved or sorted out on the floor. The workshop isn't anything fancy, just a lot of metal and the usual tools you’d expect to find in an industrial place like ours. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running. Some people find the Dhuri Line area a bit busy, but it works for us. Getting deliveries in and out is usually the biggest headache of the day, especially when traffic gets backed up. It’s mostly just us doing our thing, making sure the orders get handled. We don’t really spend much time decorating the office or anything like that. The focus is usually on whatever project is sitting right in front of us. It’s a practical space for practical work. If you walk past, you’ll probably hear the machines going. That’s just how it is. We like being in this part of the city even if it’s a bit dusty sometimes. It feels like a real place where things actually get made. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand.
