Focal Point is a big area, and we are tucked away at D-113 in Phase-V. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so there are always tractors and trucks moving around outside. Our building is a solid, no-nonsense structure. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of metal and people working. We deal with various electrical equipment. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the crates and machinery. We have a small office upstairs, but most of the action happens on the ground floor. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good number of years. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we have some big fans that keep the air moving. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and safety notices. The crew here has been around for a long time, so everyone knows their job. We start early in the morning when the air is still cool. It’s a lot of physical work, moving components and checking the assemblies. We don’t really have time for long meetings or corporate talk. We just look at the orders, see what needs to be built, and get to it. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog, but we work through it one piece at a time. It’s a busy place and that’s how we like it. The work is hard, but it’s honest, and we just keep the machines running every day.
