You can find Nupur Textile in Rajendra Nagar, specifically near the Kailash Theater. We are tucked away in Street Number 3. It’s a busy area because of the theater and the Civil Line traffic. Our shop is full of rolls of fabric and various textiles. Sometimes the stacks get so high you can’t see the back wall. We’ve been operating here for quite some time now. Most people in the neighborhood know the spot. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the materials. It gets dusty sometimes with all the cloth around, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a warehouse feel where things are moved in and out every day. The street can be a bit narrow, so deliveries are always a bit of a struggle, but we make it work. We are right there by the theater, so it’s easy to give directions. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the people who walk in and the long-time customers we’ve had since the beginning. Every morning we roll up the shutters and start sorting through the orders. It’s a lot of manual work. We just keep at it day after day. It’s the way we work. It’s a regular routine and the tasks keep us moving. There is usually someone here until late sorting out the leftover scraps.
