You can find Cheema International over at the Ludhiana Bus Stand, specifically on L B S Marg at M 12. We’ve been set up in this spot for some time now. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle our day-to-day tasks. Working here means dealing with the heat and the dust that comes with being in a busy transport hub. We spend most of our time answering questions and sorting out whatever needs doing at the moment. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. Being at M 12 makes us easy to find if you know where to look. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location. Sometimes we’re short-staffed or the phones won't stop ringing, but we manage. The bus stand is the heart of the city's travel, so being on L B S Marg puts us right where the action is. We don't use big advertisements or fancy signs. People usually just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the name on the door while they’re passing through. It’s a local operation, run by people who know the area well. We just focus on getting through the daily list of chores and making sure everything is in order for the next day. Sometimes the tea runs out and the fan is too slow, but we stay until the work is finished.
