Chaudhary Sweet & Catering

You can find us over in the Grain Market area, on the old Samrala Road. It’s a busy part of town, especially when the harvests come in and the trucks are everywhere. Chaudhary Sweet & Catering has been part of this landscape for quite some time. Being in the grain market means we’re surrounded by dust and the constant noise of trade, but it feels like home to us. We make our sweets fresh every day, and we also handle catering for events around Samrala and Ludhiana. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a practical space where we can fry, bake, and pack things up. We use old-style methods because that’s what we were taught. Sometimes the weather makes the sweets go soft or the heat in the kitchen gets to be too much, but we keep at it. Our team is just a few local guys who know how to handle the big catering pots. We don't talk about missions or visions. We just talk about how many kilos of flour we need or which wedding needs their food delivered by noon. It’s a simple, hardworking life. We’ve seen the market change over the years, but the way we cook hasn't changed much. We just show up, do the work, and hope people enjoy their meal. It’s honest work for honest people.
