We are over at Carewell Cargo Movers Pvt Ltd, Transport Nagar 96. It’s pretty much what you’d expect from a place in Transport Nagar. It’s noisy, it’s dusty, and there is always something going on. Our office at number 96 is just a basic room where we keep all our records and a few old chairs for visitors. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't really need to say much to get things done. We just know the routine by heart now. In the morning, we check what’s arrived overnight and then we start planning for the rest of the day. It’s not a fancy corporate environment at all, and we like it that way. We wear our regular clothes and usually have tea while we talk to the drivers who are passing through. The yard can get pretty crowded, especially when everyone is trying to leave at the same time in the late afternoon. We don't have any big promises to make to anyone. We just do our jobs and try to keep everything moving without too many headaches. Sometimes the weather is bad and the ground gets muddy, which makes everything twice as hard, but we just get on with it anyway.
