It's a simple brick building, nothing fancy at all. We spend a lot of time out on the road visiting different farms and seeing how things are progressing. The paperwork is the part no one likes, but we have to do it to keep everything legal and running. It's a collaborative effort here. No one is the big boss; we all just pitch in. The air out in Pohir is a bit cleaner than in the city, which is nice. We focus on what the breeders and farmers need to get by. Most of our days are spent listening to the challenges people are facing and trying to figure out a way forward. It’s a quiet life, but the work is important to everyone involved in the company. We don't need much more than some tea and a good conversation to get things done at the end of the day.
