We spend our days at Street No. 9 in BMS Nagar. This is right in the heart of Industrial Area C on Daba Road. If you are familiar with the GT Road Industrial Area, you know the vibe is all about hard work and constant noise. Mox Industries is tucked away here among many other units. The morning starts early because the heat gets intense by noon. We mostly focus on our tasks and don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks. It’s a functional space, meant for getting things done. The street can get a bit crowded with loading trucks and bikes parked everywhere. Sometimes we have to move stuff just to let a neighbor through. Daba Road is always humming with the sound of machinery and people shouting over the engines. We keep our doors open to let some air in, even if it brings in the grit from the industrial area. There is no big sign out front, just the address and our name. Most people who come by are here for a specific reason, so they find Street No. 9 eventually. It is a gritty part of town but it feels right for what we do. We eat lunch together when we can find a quiet minute. It is not a glamorous life, but it is our routine here. Every day is a bit different but the work stays the same. The machinery keeps going until the sun sets.
