Biscochitos' Bakey Delight Foods Private Limited

Biscochitos' Bakey Delight Foods Private Limited is based out in Ayali Kalan. We use Plot No. 2 & 3 for everything we do. It’s a good amount of space for our ovens and storage. Ayali Kalan is a bit away from the main rush, which suits us fine. We spend our mornings getting the dough ready. The name Biscochitos comes from a specific kind of treat we like. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s more of a large workshop feel. The floors are concrete and we have big metal tables for working the dough. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the plots because the road markings aren't great. We just tell them to look for the building with the smell of baking bread. We have a small team from the local village. Everyone knows their job. We don't have meetings or fancy computers. We just have a ledger and our hands. The weather affects how the dough behaves, so we have to adjust things all the time. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day. By the time we finish in the evening, we are pretty tired. But we come back and do it again the next day. Plot 2 and 3 are always busy with something. It’s just how we live and work here.
