You can find Bharat Motors Industries at 802/2 in Industrial Area-B, right on the Main Pahwa Hospital Road. Being on such a main road means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our gates. Our workshop is a place where we deal with motor parts and various industrial components. It is a large, open space with a high ceiling, and it can get quite dusty because of all the activity. We have been at this location for many years, so we have seen the neighborhood change a lot. The floor is often stained with oil and grease, which is pretty much expected in our line of work. We have a team that spends most of their time at the workbenches or moving heavy parts around with the trolley. It is a very hands-on environment and nobody here is afraid to get their hands dirty. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales team; we just focus on the mechanical work that needs to be done. Sometimes we have a lot of parts waiting to be picked up, so the storage area gets a bit cramped. The office is just a small corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. It is a straightforward operation where we just come in every morning, check what needs to be fixed or sent out, and get to it. It’s just how we have always done things.
