Bharat Forgings

Bharat Forgings is over in Industrial Area B, at 37 R. It's a heavy industrial zone, so it's always loud with the sound of machines and hammers. We’ve been at this location for quite a few years. It's not a clean or quiet job, but it's what we do. The workshop is big enough for our equipment but it always feels cramped once we start moving the metal around. We have a small crew of guys who know how to handle the heat and the weight of the work. The floor is usually covered in scrap and oil, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of forging. We don't have a fancy front office for meetings. Usually, we just talk to people right there on the floor or near the entrance. The trucks come in and out all day long, which makes the yard pretty messy. We deal with various metal parts that other businesses need. It’s hard work and the summer heat makes the shop feel like an oven. We just keep the fans running and stay hydrated. Most of our clients are other local industries in Industrial Area B. We don't spend money on brochures or anything like that. People know us because we’ve been here at 37 R for a long time. It’s a straightforward business with no frills. We just focus on getting the pieces right and moving them out.
