So, Bector Opticals & Contact Lens Clinic is situated over here on Pakhowal Road, right in the Vishal Nagar area. If you are looking for us, we are pretty close to the Sanatan Dharam Mandir, which usually has a lot of people coming and going. Our shop at 931 Vishal Nagar is where we spend most of our time looking through lenses and helping people find frames that don't slide down their noses. It is a bit of a process, honestly. We have all these drawers full of different contact lenses and glasses frames that we have to keep organized, which is harder than it sounds. The street outside can get quite loud with all the traffic heading down Pakhowal Road, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We usually start the day by wiping down the glass cases and checking the eye testing equipment. People stop in because they lost their glasses or they just need a new prescription. We don't do anything fancy, just the basic work of making sure people can see better when they walk out the door. It’s a small space, but we have everything we need tucked into the corners. Sometimes the temple crowds mean it’s hard to find a parking spot nearby, but folks still manage to find their way to our door. We’ve been here long enough that we know many of the neighbors by name now and we just keep the shop running steady.
